Everyday work / HANDBOOK

Projects, files & teammates

Give each piece of work a home and keep its context with the right conversation.

Set the working folder

Create a project and use Overview for the working folder, brief, client and rules. Assign a teammate from the project overview, teammate editor or chat header. Its file and command tools use that folder and receive a bounded project brief.

Separate tasks from knowledge

  • Tasks tracks open and completed work.
  • Context holds searchable notes and decisions.
  • Teammates have separate threads, personas and drafts.
  • Switching projects keeps task and context drafts with the project.

Review real changes

Work review beside chat shows Git changes, file diffs, recent artifacts and command runs. File edits can open it automatically. Inspect the changed files and test output before deciding the work is finished.

Long commands can run as background jobs. Check status and output, send input when needed, or use Stop. A tool’s successful execution does not by itself prove that the whole task is correct.
